One thing I love about fashion and beauty is that there are always new trends coming out and it allows me to dare myself into giving it a try. I never used to wear dark or bright lips because I felt that my lips would be the first to enter the room before me. But now, I can’t get enough of them! I love dark colors, one of the reasons why I love fall!
Here’s to trying out a little sleek back hair and dark ombré lips for some fall action.
Rainy days always make me feel gloomy. I admit, there are some days that I just want to dress like a bum and other days where I try to wear bright pieces to just lighten up the mood; throw on a bright scarf, add some lipstick and do my hair.
Here’s my outfit of the day from last week when it wouldn’t stop pouring. My two go-to essentials for a rain day are my rain boots and my trench coat!
Hey dolls! Hope everyone’s had a great start to this season! Fall is my most favorite season mainly because of the fashion side. I love wearing oversized sweaters, knee-high boots and scarves. Hey dolls! As I mentioned a few blog posts before, Ganesh Chathurti was going on. From the 9 days it is celebrated, one day is dedicated for the children. Children of all ages can participate in performing a pooja for Ganapathi. I have been doing this every year since I can remember! Dressing up is part of our tradition during the festivals and whenever I get the chance, I always love dressing culturally!

Hey loves! Hope everyone’s having a great start to August! During the summer, I love reading books in my spare time. Being that I’m going on vacation tomorrow, I wanted to take out a few books to ready on my plane ride.
I’ve heard great things about Dark Places by Gillian Flynn and I enjoyed reading Gone Girl so I figured why not give this one a try. I’m always up for suggestions so feel free to leave some below!

Hello, spring!
This past winter has been one of the most brutal ones. I am so over the cold weather and I am ready to soak in the sun and get sun-kissed. The chirpy birds and the breezy, fresh air is the best part about waking up in the morning. It gives me something to look forward to, especially when I start my day so early.
I think it’s time to finally bring out the bright colors and wedges and put away the wool coats and UGGs! With the perfect amount of sunshine and a beautiful scenery in front of me, what better way to take advantage of this?
