I’ve always heard great reviews about Grand Lux Cafe. I finally got to experience it myself and let me tell you, I was beyond satisfied. As I walked in, the setting itself was beautiful. As you may know, I am a sucker for Thai food. I can have Thai everyday and not get sick of it. When my friend took me to Grand Lux Cafe I was kind of craving a Thai Cuisine but we didn’t think they would have anything of that sort. I asked the waiter what his favorite dish was but it had to be something that was spicy and he recommended the “Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Jambalaya.” It was perfect because I love chicken and I love shrimp and getting them in one dish was just perfect. It was sauteed with peppers, onions and Tasso in a spicy sauce served with white rice. Since I was way to full to order dessert I ordered myself a cup of their Cafe Latte for the late night of studying and presentations I had to look forward to.
My overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend any of you who live near a Grand Lux Cafe location to visit because you won’t be disappointed!
